  I chose this salon after seeing online reviews describing it as welcoming and affordable. When I called, I clearly explained the exact style I wanted and was quoted $180. I confirmed the details before coming in. Upon arrival, there was no greeting despite multiple stylists being present. I had to repeat that I had called ahead. There was confusion about the style, even though I offered to show a reference video. I was then directed to two stylists who openly argued about who would complete the service. The stylist repeatedly tried to change the style I requested and braided my hair extremely tight, even after I expressed discomfort. Excessive tension can cause breakage and long-term damage, which was concerning. Most disappointing was the pricing. After the service had already started, I was told the total would be $220 instead of the $180 quoted on the phone. Changing the price mid-service left me feeling pressured to continue rather than walk away. Now, less than a week later, my boho pieces are already falling out. A protective style at this price point should not begin unraveling within days. Proper installation should ensure longevity, especially for a style marketed as boho braids. I have photo documentation of the pieces that have already come out. Beyond the pricing and durability concerns, what stood out most was the lack of basic client comfort and respect. No client should feel like an inconvenience, be ignored upon arrival, experience pain during service, or face unexpected price changes once seated in the chair. Professionalism is not just about completing a hairstyle — it is about communication, transparency, and treating clients with care. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards, and I will not be returning.

  I would I had the best experience. I called and able to get my hair done on the same day. The owner and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Yes I will be back!!!!

  Tess was kind and warm to my son, and put sincere effort into creating the look he wanted. The upgrades to the salon space make it open and inviting. They even gave us a cap to protect his new style!

  I came in for one style, but according to my hair length they recommended another style and I am very pleased and they were very hospitable. I love this place. I will definitely be coming back.
