I have booked appointment for my wife Apexa.I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent makeup appointment at Sephora. My appointment was originally requested for 11:00 AM, but appointment was canceled without informing me.I was coming from very far with request she scheduled at 12 pm.. Even though the makeup artist did the makeup later, it was done in a hurry because of the scheduling mistake.I had a fixed photoshoot time with pregnancy not easy this experience caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. This is not the level of customer care I expected from Sephora. I am expecting the best reimbursement and the prompt response from your end. Please look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
