  New customer, first time in the salon: I would like to start by stating that the salon was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would also like to say that I received a very nice haircut. However, when I booked the appointment with Brandon, I requested a curly haircut as I have curly hair. I also informed my stylist, Brandon, that I have curly hair and that I just wanted to get the cut I wanted to accentuate the curls. I told him I wanted layers, texture and movement. He said he understood. Halfway through my service my stylist began to dry my hair to finish my cut and I knew I was not getting what I came for. I walked out with the exact same haircut I always end up with. One I did not ask for. I did not make a big deal about it because, well, it’s still a nice haircut. I just didn’t get the style or cut I asked for. I appreciate that I should do more research to find a stylist that is capable of doing what I wanted, but when I am sitting in a stylist’s chair and they say they can do what I ask, I expect my hair to resemble that when finished. Pricing was great, appointments were plenty, sadly my stylist was not able to accommodate my request and my style was not what I wanted or asked for.

  I would give Sammy all the stars🤩She has done my hair for years, and I am in love with it every single time! I feel like she can just read my mind when I want to switch something up with my hair. Bonus points: She is so funny and always cracks me up when I’m in the chair! I love going in to get my hair done by Samantha💕

  I had the most amazing experience at Loka Salon! From the moment I walked in, the eco-friendly atmosphere and warm, inviting vibe made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. It’s such a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space. My stylist, Lana, absolutely hit it out of the ballpark with my new look! I asked for a fresh color, curtain bangs, and layers — and she delivered exactly what I envisioned. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure she understood my vision. Her interpretation was spot on, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a stylist who truly cares and a salon that feels welcoming and intentional, I highly recommend Loka Salon and Lana! 💕🌻

  I had my first visit to LOKA Beauty Studio with Megan, and I’m so happy I did! I came in not sure what I wanted… my hair felt heavy, and I knew I needed a change, but I had no idea what would actually suit me and I couldn’t really find any inspiration photos that felt like me. Megan made me feel completely at ease from the start. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful suggestions, and gave me a cut I absolutely love. My hair feels so much lighter and looks amazing. Even better, she took the time to teach me how to style it at home, so now I feel confident recreating the look myself. I’ll definitely be back — thank you, Megan!

  I can’t say enough amazing things about my stylist, Sam! I’ve been going to her for years, and she consistently works magic on my very unruly hair. Whether it’s color, cuts, or keratin treatments, she absolutely nails it every single time. My color always looks rich, dimensional, and perfectly suited to me. Her cuts grow out beautifully (which says everything), and my keratin treatments leave my hair smooth, shiny, and actually manageable. She truly understands my hair texture and knows exactly how to handle it. Beyond her talent, she’s professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about her clients.
