The person who was supposed to do my hair was going around attending 10 other customers and different people were doing different steps for me. Charged extra for blow drying and even per products used on hair. I would not go back there.

This was her first experience at a salon and first time getting her hair dyed. (Prior to today we booked a consult with Lana which I highly recommend. We were able to ask questions, show the inspiration pic my daughter found, and chat about hair care suggestions for the pop of vivid color my daughter wanted.). Other stylists helped out with washing out the color, etc and it seemed like the folks working at LOKA worked as a team very well. My kiddo loves her fun hair and seemed to really feel great about herself when we left the salon. As a mom with limited salon experience myself I really appreciated the fact that Lana made sure to answer any questions I had. Staffers were so kind and went above and beyond to check in on both my daughter (while she was processing) and myself while waiting. Looking forward to scheduling an appointment for myself now!

After my wedding I kept coming back because I loved getting them done so much and they always looked beautiful. Selina is also great and takes cues from you and would talk with me the whole time if I was feeling chatty or would just sit listening to music if I was not in a talkative mood. I have had such great service here and would recommend to anyone looking for lash extensions to book with Selina!
