The person who answered the phone said "it depends on the kid." I appreciated the honesty and said okay, my son and I will be in later. We arrived and two people were at the front desk, one woman with reddish hair and one with dark hair (this was the one previously on the phone with me, I could tell due to her voice). The woman with the red hair nicely greeted me and explained they were pretty booked but offered me the next available time. She then turned to the woman with dark hair and asked if she would like to take my appointment, the woman looked at her and said "no." I was a little too shocked to say anything but said I would call back if I wanted to make an appointment. The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because the woman with the red hair was so kind and welcoming and the salon looked clean. The other woman should not be working in any type of people facing job, because frankly, she is not kind and reflects poorly on Hair Cuttery.
