Once she remembered the product was not fully washed from my hair before she "dried" it. It was half dried and looked like a rats nest not to mention the color was not what I asked for. Deserve a full refund at this rate!

My daughter has the most beautiful and I mean, stunning, red hair, and people often say, she should never alter it. Donna was so patient with her and taught her how to do her hair as it was extremely new to her. Normally, I’m down on inexpensive Stylist, however, this was an absolutely wonderful experience. That being said, I do use the services often for basic hair maintenance,. Bottom line, the Stylist there was amazing and I hope she stays with hair Cuttery

It was completely limp and very unpolished looking, I could've done a better job at home. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you get Bethany who is really good.
