- RSRachel Stafford2 days ago1.0Donna gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. I asked for shoulder length with layers and specifically said everything needs to be able to go into a ponytail. Instead I got some version of a chin length inverted bob where pieces are too short to even tuck behind my ears and every chunk is its own length.

My hair was blonde and brassy and it’s now a beautiful chocolate brown!! I also have some bangs and layers that were cut choppy and weird from a different salon and she helped blend them in!! She really took her time especially with cutting my layers making sure they were perfect. Will be back :) So in love with my hair!!

She took her time and made sure I was happy. I’m very happy with the final result. I didn’t have high expectations because I knew I was going to a basic level salon but Jayvia really impressed me. It turned out perfectly and cost much less than going to a high dollar salon. Definitely recommend this salon. The manager Jules was present and on the floor the entire time. You can tell Jules cares that each client leaves happy and puts effort into making sure each stylist is comfortable with what they’re working on. Great environment and great service.
