I am always confident and happy to recommend Great Clips--the stylists are wonderfully skilled, friendly and professional, and shop is always very clean. I also love the app, which lets me know how long the estimated wait time is, and allows me to check in and "get in line" before I get there, which is a great time management bump when I'm running errands.
