April was fantastic and just so welcoming. She took the time to answer our questions and provided suggestions for our needs. Also, I really appreciated her taking the time to get as the discounts and gifts that we were entitled to based on the amount of our purchases. My wife and I will definitely visit this Cosmetics Company Store location again whenever we are back to Rehoboth Beach. April is truly a fantastic representative for this company.

One of the managers, an older woman named Joyce, I believe, was incredibly rude and dismissive to both myself and her coworker who was trying to help me. I did not appreciate it at all, and also felt terrible for the other employee. Other than that, it’s a great store with a lot of product selection.

I went in to just switch them to regular and they said they could not do it, I spent 110 dollars for 2 jars I have to trash. I have used your product for over 50 years. I will not go in there again.
