This was in preparation for a very important photo shoot I was having done that evening. Well I get there, and she decides that now would be a good time to tell me that she doesn’t have time to do my haircut. Had they called me, I would’ve went elsewhere. Then despite waiting for over 25 minutes for her to try and get one of the other stylists to do it, she says that they don’t have time for it. Josie’s lack of responsibility, understanding and her attitude only made it worse. I’ll never come back to this place
