She hacked off my hair and it is all uneven it just looks terrible and it's so short which is upsetting I can't grow it I know I've said that already but it's really upsetting. I wish I could go back in time and go to a different place to get my haircut

However, I thought it was not good customer service due to multiple times during my haircut he left to assist other customers as they were walking in. I understand you all have to check the customer in and what not. What I did not care for was after checking in he began talking to them asking hair questions that should be asked when it is your turn to receive your haircut. At one point he stepped away for almost 7 to 10 minutes. One of which after receiving my hair washed he simply disappeared and I could not find him and did not provide me that he was stepping away. I typically to not give feedback. I just felt you all needed to be made aware. Thank you.
