Sailes person picked out a bottle for me but was the incorrect cologne i brought that up and she insisted it was the new one. It ended up being the wrong cologne. I ended up exchaning it and almost got sold the same wrong cologne for a 2nd time which. Then after realizing the actual cologne i wanted was sold out. Overall horrible customer experience. I didnt get an apology or anything to compensate for the utter disaster and rollercoaster of emotions that i went through just to get the cologne that i wanted. The salesperson that i worked with didnt offer any form of apology or compensation for her mistake. I wont be buying a cologne from sephora again
