  I had an all around great experience with Fie, she helped me find the perfect lip combo and she was very patient too. Would definitely be come back.

  We walked in the store and one of the girl was helping us, we think she was new because anything we asked her she asked from other two girls which was understandable. Everyone need to start something from somewhere. Problem is the other two sales girl was not very eager to help her. They pretended she doesn’t exist, she had to ask repeatedly to get any answers so it took a long time find 4 items we needed. Problem worsen during checkout, the girl was having trouble giving us a promotion that was going on, after waiting 20 mins one of the girls came to help her. Want to also mention, there was only two customers on the store, one was doing service and other was me so not that everyone was busy. Then when one of the girl came to help, the other girl(not the new one) came amd started to hug her and saying something personal which was 10 more minutes and we became impatient at that point I asked them to please help us first and she got very rude saying I should give her a second. Well I gave her plenty of time. So much lazy and unprofessional salesgirls. Never going back

  My wife came to the Mac store to get her make up done by this girl name MYISHA She was being very, very rude when my wife ask her some question about makeup like fix her makeup or what is this product she will answer her very rudely or don’t answer her at all and always going back to the customer and taking very long time to get back to my wife to get her makeup done. My wife was there for almost 2 hours and at the end, she was telling my wife you cannot return these make up. You can only exchange. I don’t think so. This is the policy for the Mac, but she was being so rude And then at the end telling my wife please don’t ever come back here. The makeup that she got done by a lady name MYISHA if I get my hands on the manager, I will also would like to tell my bad experience with this lady in the Mac store name as I mentioned earlier couple of times

  I walked into Mac to get information on makeup because I’m NOT familiar with it. I kept saying hello because no one was present. Out comes a Tall beautiful bald fair skin lady who was very sarcastic for no reason . I was wondering why she kept being sarcastic.Example: I asked her what would she recommend that would work better for dry skin ,cover my dark spots , like something similar to a bb cream and she recommended the matte cream/powder. I saw a concealer that I was interested in and asked if I can shade match. She puts both on my skin. I told her I like the concealer better and she goes “yeah cause one is a concealer and one is a matte cream /powder foundation “ in a tone as if im supposed to already know that. Like all her responses to my questions from The time she came from the back was sarcastic and gave off “mean girl” Than she proceeds to tell me that the concealer will provide coverage for my dark spots, hydrate my skin and brighten.which is what I asked for in the beginning so why would you recommend a matte cream/powder? From the very beginning she gave off catty for no reason vibes and I didn’t feed into it. I purchased the concealer and thanked her for her help.Her attitude STINK! I just checked the bag 11/21/25 and she still put the wrong shade in the bag!!

  I just love MAC products. I’ve tried many affordable lipsticks over the years, but MAC is the only one that doesn’t cause any allergic reaction on my lips — truly the only one so far. The staff member who helped me was wonderful and guided me to the right foundation for my skin. I love coming here. It can get pretty busy during sale seasons, but otherwise it’s not too crowded, and it’s fun to explore and try what works best for you. Plus, it’s conveniently located in Christiana Mall, making it easy to visit anytime I’m at the mall.
