My hair is extremely thick and it takes hours to color he is very funny with great stories, so the time passes quickly.

I mentioned I had an appointment and one of the ladies had a very rude response and essentially said that she canceled my appointment because I wasn’t there at 8am sharp. I arrived at 8:10 and asked what her grace period was and she said 10 minutes only but she had already cancelled it because she has someone else after me that she needs to do. So, I was very confused on how I arrived within the grace period window and was still cancelled but also confused on how 10 minutes would set her back when my hair was already washed and blow dryed. In my opinion, she did not want to deal with african American hair and found an excuse which is another thing because I didn’t know that this was a full staff of Caucasian hair stylist because there were hardly any pictures of stylists listed on the website. Which should be fixed

I scheduled for a cut because I have short low cut hair. The stylist seemed un sure and was not able to fade or cut by hair at all, she asked me was guard was used I told her I don’t know the stylist at the location in Bear typically just does my cut she came back and said she doesn’t know how to do it. What a waste of time and disappointment.
