  Quality has gone way down. Be very careful when opening kohls credit card, very inhumane credit card. Worse than most. Really no reason to come here at all other than Amazon returns. Better quality and selection at competitors in same shopping center.

  I went today to buy my self a perfume because it’s my bday but I was so disappointed today with the two ladies working I always go to this location and the other girls are always so helpful and so kinda and I just love going to this store but today was so disappointing honestly I asked for assistance and one of them said oh I’m sorry but I’m cleaning this up give me a minute (understandable) then she told the other girl which had like blond hair but with some pink in it and then she comes and says which one and I said the libre and then she looked at me and said “Which one” in a very rude way and I was already so upset so then she looked at me in a very strange way and like she wanted me to move(understandable) but it’s just the way she looked at me so then me and my sister moved and then she took us to the front counter to pay but she still had an attitude. The other ladies that work there are black and they are the sweetest people ever but those 2 really disappointed me but I do go there a lot and I will not stop going there but I hope they can stop being like that, I do customer service at my job too and I understand maybe they were frustrated but I didn’t do anything to make them mad or anything all I did was ask for help;)

  I wasn’t going to write a review but honestly the more I think about it the more I think everyone should be warned- I went shopping here this past Saturday before Father’s Day for a quick gift for my dad (cologne) and I was AGGRESSIVELY racially profiled. I wasn’t given the chance to hold the cologne I was going to buy, which is fine, but as they put it up by the register I wanted to smell the new Kayali perfumes. While I’m spraying them on the sample papers, one of the workers comes within INCHES of me and stops and stares at me. She says nothing, she just watches me smell the perfume. I was so uncomfortable I checked out and left immediately. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was an old white lady, she was extremely wrinkled, had a poor tan, and short brown hair. Not only will I never return (despite having shopped here for as long as they opened the store) I will be warning others not to visit this location.
