- LKLauren KowalskiMay 1, 20191.0My hair is black and very thick. I came here to get brown highlights, when I left I had ugly red/orange hair!!! They ACTUALLY let me leave the salon like this! When I looked at it on the sunlight it was even worse!! So my husband and I went back in there the same day, and told them this is NOT what we paid $235 for! So they put dark brown hair dye all over my hair. I left with the same thing I went in for, and they only refunded me $110 of my money! If I am leaving with the EXACT same color/style why would you not give me my full refund?!?!?! I can honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had! I will be calling whoever today to get the rest of my money as well!!

She was working the Sunday shift by herself and she kept good time with getting my hair done while doing someone else's and helping all the customers that walked in. She is wonderful and does excellent work! I will be recommending her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Brandy!!!

I made an appointment for 1, I was a few minutes early and had to stand in line becuase there was not an employee in sight, finally the lady in front of me found someone to help the line. I got checked in and sat there for 35 minutes before my stylist Brandy came out and said she would be right with me. Another 10 minutes go by and I look back and she is not even close to done with the person she is working with, this place is a joke why have an option of making an appointment when it clearly does not matter to them anyway, at least be considerate and let me know you are running behind.

I described the individual that scheduled me and gave the stylist name. After 30 mins passed..she told me the stylist had been on medical leave & i shouldnt had been booked with her. In addition, no one else was available. I will NEVER go there again..not professional at all.
