- MCmaria camachoDec 14, 20251.0I went to this salon for a layered haircut with curtain bangs. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The stylist did not know how to properly blow-dry my hair and did not use any serum, despite me clearly explaining that my hair is curly and that using a blow dryer without product causes excessive frizz. Instead, she used mousse to dry my hair and later applied a spray she described as hair oil. The final result was unacceptable: my hair had no visible layers, lacked shape and life, and looked poorly styled. I was so dissatisfied that I had to go to another salon to have my hair corrected. This was not the service I expected, and I am very disappointed with the outcome.

Each time I arrive, I'm greeted and treated well. Brandi and her colleagues are professional, quick and thorough. The salon is clean and spacious. Brandi knows how to do many styles with various hair types. It makes you feel good to come into a salon to relax and feel pampered. Plus, customers don't wait long periods of time to be seen at this salon. I want to recognize Bonnie. I enjoy speaking with Bonnie, who is another stylist who does a great job. I highly recommend the Dover JC Penny salon. Well Done team!
