  Incredible! I think they’re doing a new thing where when you enter, you get a personal shopper who follows you around the store for the duration of your time shopping! I started to play dumb and walk around randomly just to see if I’d be followed, and of course, my hunch was right. Everywhere I went, there the associate was, Manal was her name I think. Pretty unsettling. I don’t know if this is to prevent theft or “improve customer experience” but it’s really annoying, uncomfortable, and annoying. Back off. Let the customer breathe. If I need help, I will ask for it. Sephora is notorious for this… such an unpleasant experience… won’t be returning.

  I’m extremely disappointed in Sephora for continuing to carry Huda Beauty. Many of us have been protesting globally and asking Sephora to remove this brand because Huda Kattan has publicly supported terrorism through her social media posts, and the whole world has seen it. Customers have called and emailed Sephora repeatedly asking for accountability, yet nothing has changed. Sephora claims to stand for inclusivity and human rights, but supporting brands tied to extremist messaging goes completely against those values.her makeup line has a strong unpleasant smell(blood)! Sephora needs to take this seriously and remove Huda Beauty from all stores immediately. If Sephora continues ignoring its customers, many of us will boycott Sephora as well. ✅ Do better, Sephora.

  I had to return some foundation and get help finding the right colors in foundation, concealer, and blush—Tina was a huge help and customer service was fabulous!

  I had a Halloween Special Occasion makeover with Khamani and it could not have gone any better. I gave her a tough test by describing how I wanted the look to feel for my Little Red Riding Hood costume without providing a specific visual. She took my ideas into consideration and used her incredible eye for beauty to craft a professionally finished look that checked off all of my boxes. The makeup looked absolutely fabulous - I got compliments throughout the night of how pretty I looked and a woman even said I was a cutie patootie! I want to book another makeover with Khamani in the future before a big date or night out!
