Ashley, an associate, greeted me and seemed enthusiastic to help me locate what I needed. She even offered advice, which with me not being a woman, was very helpful in finding a the perfect gift. As for the place, it had that old Georgetown feel to it, was very well organized, and would definitely recommend it.
