Answered alllll of our questions (and we certainly had a lot haha - just curious about everything). So kind and dealt with us twice since we had two separate appointments. EVERYONE was so nice, and super helpful. Would highly recommend this location to any and every -one.

She was patient, encouraging, energetic, she provided clips for my hair & a stress ball because she knew I was anxious …she really made it a calm experience for me after 3 decades of having my first piercing. She was so good I went back for a 2nd time in one week. The person I had when I returned wasn’t as warm & fuzzy. Maybe he was having a bad day.. but I did not feel as calm, I wasn’t provided or asked If I needed hair clips, wasnt asked if I needed the stress ball, .. there was just less bedside manner. I wont name his name because he did get the job done. And I won’t deduct stars for that experience. Everyone else that works there has been a pleasure! I will definitely go back for a 3rd time.
