  I decided to have a bit of a me day recently and decided that I was long overdue for a Sephora trip. I was looking for some skin care and was offered some suggestions from an employee who uses a specific product. I've been using the products routinely and my skin has been looking amazing! She also made sure I got some samples and was taken care of without having to wait in line. I'd definitely come here again.

  Evelyn is a lifesaver! I walked in with zero makeup knowledge and walked out feeling equipped for both an upcoming wedding I'm in and a new daily routine. Evelyn was incredibly patient and kind as she walked me through every step, teaching me how to apply everything and making sure I was happy with it. I wanted environmentally friendly products which was pretty limiting, but she did an amazing job of finding products that met my standards and worked for the look I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend for anyone who's not sure where to start.

  I went back and forth about leaving a review because I already called and complained to the store…so because of that I won’t name my makeup artist. I booked a 60 min service for my graduation. I am an Esthi and normally do my own face because I know what I like, however because I had just had surgery and had limited arm mobility…my daughter who works for Sephora suggested I let them do my makeup. I booked my appt and walked into the store a few minutes before the appointment. Keep in mind I had already given my preferred foundations and shades when booking and had a picture of what I like my makeup to look like. It took the LBA a few minutes to get set up, and then she began. As we went through the service, I trusted the process even though there were several things that I could tell weren’t don’t in standard “soft glam” look. 1. My brows were not completely filled in, nor were they cleaned up on the brow bone. Instead of using a concealer under my eye, a lighter foundation was used. My foundation coverage was not even or well blended, and I’m not really sure how my lashes were bonded, as they began to lift within an hour of me leaving. There was no contour or highlight used…giving my face a very flat look. Lastly, I was asked if I liked a darker lip liner and I said yes, but I was under the impression that the liner would be blended with the lipstick. Instead I received a hard 80s lip line that wasn’t even or clean. My biggest issue was that I paid for 60 mins and when I swiped my card I still had about 10 more minutes that could have been used. When I saw my face I wanted to cry. I immediately took a picture and went to the floor and purchased concealer, a brow pencil, powder, and a lip tint and beauty blender…an additional $100 on top of the $79 I had already spent. Luckily when I got back to my hotel I was able to pull a look together that would be suitable for my pictures. I sent the picture to the Sephora at Caesar's Palace where my daughter works and they agreed that it was unacceptable and were the ones who told me to call the store. I have attached the pictures of what I received versus how I fixed it.Uh

  Jordan absolutely slayed my 30th birthday look! She made me feel so classy, beautiful, and confident — I truly looked and felt like a Black princess all night. I received countless compliments during my birthday dinner, and her work photographed beautifully too. Jordan has such an eye for detail and a calming, professional presence that makes the whole experience amazing.
