- RJRikki jones4 days ago1.0Customer service here is horrible. Came today January 8th around 10 am ( so whoever manager on duty needs to do better) I had a coffee in one hand , stroller pushing the other and was waiting for open then the manager unlocks the door and just walks away instead of politely opening saying Goodmorning etc. in fact I walk in nothing is said to me, no hello, nothing. Then they just huddle around the make up counter talking to each other. Then when it’s time to check out me and another woman had to wait , mind you it’s only us in the store and the employees are still standing around doing nothing just talking. Then when someone finally comes up she is the least personalable person. I get it’s early ish but if you don’t want to deal with general public don’t get a customer service job.

I'm never greeted at the door nor am I ever asked if I need help but other patrons of lighter complexions are always welcomed with a smile. I'm a rouge Sephora beauty insider yet everytime I come here, I feel like I'm being a nuisance. I asked for a Dior shade 824 and the lady acted as if I was being a problem for asking her to check if it was in stock. I'll continue to support my local Sephora on F street where I feel welcomed, appreciated and encouraged to shop.

We had just come from a nice date night across the street and were both well dressed, simply trying to shop together. Unfortunately, the atmosphere made us feel rushed, and we’d recommend visiting a different store for a more positive experience.
