With in the last 2 weeks the sales employees/ managers are very rude rude Unknowledgeable on the product with the exception of 2 employees they were great Meg tuner , precious, everyone else rude rude unkind unprofessional On the 2nd of November in the evening I was in the store with a realtor/ investor. He mentioned to me I didn't like the way the lady spoke to the gentleman telling him to hurry up unbelievable unprofessional I'm a very patient person but I'm not going to continue to deal with peoples bad attitude it's unacceptable especially when you're nice . We all may be going through some things in life but it doesn't give you the right to treat people poorly When you are working in retail you know what comes with the job especially when you're having a sale it's no excuse for being rude Upper management please speak with your staff about their attitudes and knowing the products, especially if you have customers who are dealing with certain illnesses. If not hire a new staff immediately The location on Connecticut I believe her name is Diana she's an assistant manager she's phenomenal. She knew the product extremely helpful and so kind great personality Remember without the customer you will not have a job . Everyone needs to show kindness it's not hard at all Showing kindness is free . I couldn’t find some eyeliner brands due to the construction, I guess they’re remodeling, she went to the back and grabbed exactly what I was looking for. She was awesome and so attentive.
