  Kim is the absolute best. She helped maintain me as a brunette for (ssh) MANY years and now is gently ushering me through blonde to (maybe) silver someday. She is so good at what she does. I love going to her salon, full of lovely women! (Shout out to Maribel.) Can't wait to see what happens next as she expands ...

  I visited Mane Steeet Georgetown today and received a root lift, tapered undercut, and loc retwist from stylist Janee. From the time I entered the salon, the hospitality, individualized care and attention I received was luxury spa treatment for sure. The gourmet coffee bar to the reclining shampoo chair. Not to mention it is a meticulously clean and well lit salon. My experience was by far the most relaxing and satisfying time Ive ever had in a hair salon. I can not wait to book my next appointment with Janee. She is prompt, professional, poised and she actually listens to how you'd like your hair, then delivers. 5 Star review for a 5 Star establishment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Kim is a true expert. She has been my colorist for many years and I am so excited to see her thrive in her own salon. The place is gorgeous, relaxing and welcoming. My balayage is perfect, grows out nicely and lasts between appointments. Kim is excellent at listening to my needs and translating them in to whatever service will get me there. I cannot recommend her enough.

  I had been seeing Kim for many years, back when she was at a different salon. After Covid shifted my routine, I tried several other colorists closer to home. But after several years of having status quo hair, I remembered just how exceptional my hair looked when I went to see Kim. Her eye for color is impeccable. I have always left with a shade that complements my skin tone beautifully and looks both refined and natural. When I decided she was worth the drive back into DC, I was thrilled to learn she had opened her own salon! The space feels like a tucked-away retreat, a cozy spot with a great view overlooking Wisconsin Ave. Something to also note for anyone that has neck issues, is that the shampoo stations are genuinely comfortable and unlike anything I've ever seen! Kim’s expertise, taste, and consistency make the trip worth it and her team has also made the entire experience a treat.

  I've been going to Kim for years for my hair color, and I would follow her to the ends of the earth to get my highlights. She is a WIZARD! The salon looks great, the staff are so kind, and it's just a great vibe. Special shoutout to Maribel for the best scalp massage in Georgetown. I'm so happy for Kim, and I wish her and her team nothing but the greatest success.
