There were a ton of Glossier staff ready to greet you immediately and offer any assistance throughout the whole store. It was definitely crowded with shoppers when I went, but there were many tables with repeating product so I never felt like I had to wait to try something out. I loved the system of shopping the samples and then picking up your bag on your way out. It was such a fun way to shop!
