I moved to DC 4 years ago, and one of the hardest things for me was finding a new stylist. I tried so many different salons and nothing ever felt quite right. About a year ago, I found Ferro Salon from an article on DC salons and Iāve been going here ever since. I looked over the āTeamā bios on their website and thought Kelsey would be a great fit for me. I get my hair colored and like to try new things. Kelsey has a great eye for color and I couldnāt be happier with the whole team at Ferro salon. Highly recommend !

I had an awful experience getting a haircut with Bianca. I showed her several pictures of myself with the bangs I wanted, and she was unable to execute it. She kept trying to fix them, so she spent well over an hour on one side of my bangs alone. However, she spent so long on the bangs that she neglected to give me the layers that I wanted throughout the rest of my hair. I spent 2 1/2 hours total at the salon, and I left with horrible bangs and without the rest of my hair even being styled.
When it became clear that the haircut wasn't going well, she tried to place the blame on me for a miscommunication, even though I showed her multiple pictures. She eventually admitted she messed up and "should have gone with her instincts." My bangs looked so bad that she told me to let them grow out for a couple of weeks and then come back for her to try and fix them later. She used the word "salvage" -- not a word you ever want to hear your hair stylist say.
