  My husband and I have been longtime fans of Diptyque, but our experience with the brand reached a whole new level when we met Davida in 2023. Her warm and inviting disposition makes every visit to the Georgetown boutique such a joy. I share the same experience as some of the other reviewers, where we've walked into the store and were not acknowledged. It's happened more than once! But since establishing client-associate relationship with Davida, we've come to be warm with some of the other team members as well. She, along with the entire team, have created such a welcoming environment that we truly look forward to every visit. Shopping here is never just about the products! It’s about the experience, the community, and the genuine connections that make Diptyque’s luxury feel so personal and meaningful. We absolutely love being part of the Diptyque Georgetown community and are so grateful for the thoughtful and delightful service we receive each time.

  Every time I'm in Georgetown, I make a point to visit Diptyque. First of all, the store is always gorgeous (and smells heavenly, of course); it rotates through tasteful seasonal offerings and decor that I never want to miss out on. Second, I've been delighted with every product I have gotten from Diptyque, including a number of perfumes, more candles than I can count, la droguerie surface cleaner, and the citronelle body spray. Each time I've stepped out of the house wearing the signature 34 Boulevard St Germain perfume I've had complete strangers compliment it and ask what scent I'm wearing. Third, and most importantly for those visiting the Georgetown location, is the wonderful customer service--especially from Davida. On more than a handful of occasions, Davida has attentively helped me find the perfect fragrances (perfumes and candles alike). Knowing I love the Do Son perfume, she recently put me onto the tuberose candle and it has become my new favorite! Whenever I make a purchase, she helps me pick out new samples based on my interests (which always opens the door to a new scent I just have to have!). I've shopped in Diptyque stores across the world, but the best shopping experience I've had is with Davida in Georgetown.

  I came into diptyque to treat myself for my birthday, and Davida made the experience so special from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect scent and created such a warm, welcoming environment. I genuinely felt celebrated. I recently attended their scent, food, and drink pairing event, and everyone kept saying Davida was the one who helped organize it. I could tell it was her doing by how fabulous it was! She clearly knows and connects everyone and plays such a huge role in making these experiences so seamless and elevated. She deserves all the credit! Thank you, Davida! You have made my Diptyque experiences so memorable and fun!

  I wanted to share my experience I had visiting the diotyque store in Georgetown a few weeks ago. I walked into the store to cool off because I was overdressed and overheated. I came in saying how hot I was as the group of salespeople greeted me. A young lady named Devina comes closer and introduces herself and asked me how I was. I said, hot! We laughed and she advised me to walk around the store to cool off and showed me the latest collection fr Asia. She popped a Tokyo candle fr its vessel onto a small cloth mat and said that was the best way to get the full scent…, fr the bottom. As I stood there looking at the pieces, she disappeared for a second and she walks back to me with a CAN OF WATER. How sweet was that?! I was touched by her thoughtfulness. It wasn’t just to sell but reading the Indivisual customer—whether I bought anything or not prior to offering me such gesture is rare in such young person.

  I have had a wonderful experience every time I have visited this location! Whether I am just browsing or looking for something specific, the entire staff has been super friendly and helpful. I wanted to specifically mention Davida as a standout sales associate - her customer service and product knowledge is top-notch and I look forward to getting to talk fragrances with her! To me, hospitality is one of the most important tenets of a luxury brand and Diptyque Georgetown never lets me down.
