The attitude at this location felt rude and unprofessional. You don’t blame the clients’ hair for a bad blowout, I suggest you just adapt

I came in with kind of a long mullet situation (long back, front and sides down to my ears/cheekbones at least if not longer) and wanted the back and ears trimmed up, the reference I showed clearly had a lot of length at the front but he cut several inches from the top and now it’s hard to have any kind of texture. We just went really hard in the opposite direction from my reference and I’m not sure how I could have been clearer. I might not have had all the length to achieve the reference photo but going significantly shorter was not the solution here.
