All she had to do is shorten my hair, with some undercutting in the back. She sprayed the bottom of my hair with water, spent maybe 5 minutes cutting it and shaving the back of my neck, did not even offer to dry my hair, and proceeded to take the cape off of me, signalling that it was time to get off the chair. I liked the fact that my hair was shorter now, but I was stunned how she rushed through this haircut and I could not see if she did it right, because she did not blow dry it. When I came home and brushed my hair, there was longer hair sticking from underneath and I had to ask my son to help me even it out. This haircut was not worth the price I paid. Do not go there.

My beard was also barely shaped, and I had to specify the guard sizes and details I expected them to know and take care of. It felt like I needed to guide the entire process myself. The service is affordable, but the attention to detail and consultation could be much better.
