  I was trying to give them grace but lately they service has been horrible if they not fighting or don’t wanna do your hair cause they don’t feel like doing that style or they double book you and think Im suppose to wait it’s crazy I just think they don’t care about what they have went down hill over the years today I was just fed up talk to the owner and told her was she sure cause I need to take my hair out she said yes but couldn’t do it cause I was on break and she put someone before me and told me I needed to wait after I told her the case over the phone before I got there very unprofessional I’m done with them

  This is the best shop I have been to. Very warm and welcoming. Clean and they work fast while still doing an amazing job.

  1st time I went, very impressed. Made my 2nd appt with the same person(Sara) and got there..she started my hair, I noticed she had been rushing, she then called another lady to help her. The other lady was extremely rough and speaking very loudly over my head on the phone and half way through the woman I made the appt with collected her money from me and left with no notice. Very unprofessional especially since I scheduled an appt with this lady. Long story short $160 later...NOT impressed with my hair at all, in fact plan on taking it out possibly next week. Will not be returning to S&Y.
