    I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Sephora is supposed to be a space that celebrates beauty, inclusivity, and customer care—but that was absolutely not reflected here. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy. Several employees were standing around, chatting, yet completely ignored me. This wasn’t a quick oversight either—I spent time browsing and still wasn’t approached once. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was watching other customers be greeted and assisted while I was treated as if I didn’t exist. As a Black woman, it’s impossible not to notice patterns like this. When you walk into a store ready to spend money and are met with cold energy, dismissive attitudes, or outright indifference, it leaves you questioning whether bias plays a role—and that should never be the case in 2026. Sephora is a global brand that constantly markets diversity, yet this location’s customer service told a very different story. When I finally attempted to engage with staff, the interactions felt short, dry, and borderline rude—as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. No warmth, no product knowledge offered, no effort to make the experience enjoyable or welcoming. Shopping at Sephora should feel exciting and empowering. Instead, this visit felt uncomfortable and uninviting. Customer service is not optional—it’s the bare minimum, and greeting customers should never be selective. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, provides proper customer service training, and reminds staff that every customer deserves respect, acknowledgment, and equal treatment—regardless of race. Until then, I’ll be taking my business to locations where inclusivity isn’t just a slogan, but something that’s actually practiced.

    Terrible! How you can close at a casino that opens 24/7 at 6pm sundays and monday thru saturday at 8 pm. Really?🤷🏽‍♀️

    After being on the store for 20 minutes someone finally offered to help me, she came by showed me a product line excused herself and never came back. Then I told another associate nice, she left me here never came back and see her helping others. I had planned on making a rather large purchase. As I was leaving she reappears and asks if she can help. I told.her I was leaving. Never will I shop.at this store again. Very disappointed.

    There is no customer service in this store. Three registers 3 girls one girl working the register with a line of people. I asked one of the girls if she could check me out. No answer. I wondered if she had a hearing problem. I asked her again if she could check me out. Here response was she was busy doing something. She was pricing mascaras. Finally the other girl said she would check me out. Where do they get these people who work in this store. There is little customer service. Last time I go in this Sephora.

    As soon as I walked through the door, Kimberly Bautista greeted me promptly. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, along with going over many products with me. I work with high end luxury brand vehicles, and this employee in particular does her job above and beyond! She definitely has passion for what she does. I highly recommend going in and asking for Kimberly because she gave me the best Sephora experience yet! She deserves a raise!
