Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. While 2/3 of the staff member present tonight were very pleasant the 1 managers to make the entire shopping experience regrettable. Horrible customer service, both time I went into the shop tonight. I would never come back simple to avoid this extremely unpleasant employee. Lush management should assess who they have representing their store. For such expensive products I have never had such a bad experience. I couldn’t even grasp the face to face attention of the cashier when checking out and this staff member would NOT stop interrupting our interaction. 0-10 experience.

It was the Mudvayne/Static X concert, as soon as we walked in & started the purse checks etc., Every. Single. Employee. Was. Rude. Not one smile. Not one hi, have a good night, thanks, have a good show e t c, had my face painted as Sally from Nightmare before Xmas, I was told by a stone faced kid who looked SO miserable and bored that I have to go to the bathroom and take it all off. I couldn't believe it. He was nasty about it too. Every single female looked at you like you were trash, no one working was in a positive mood. It really almost ruined my night but i pushed it away because it was my boyfriend's birthday present. We will never step foot in there again.

She is friendly, kind, and showed the utmost discretion. As long as I know that she is at Mohegan I will be back there with bells on! Thank you, Annie. You are as lovely as your products!
