  My usual salon was closed today so I decided to give LM salon a try. I called and I was able to get an appointment right away. The front desk person was very professional and helpful. Everyone at the salon is welcoming, kind and pleasant. Luzia was so attentive and clearly experineced. My hair came out very nice. Absolutely love it! Highly recommend!

  If a salon cannot properly manage appointment scheduling, respect clients’ time, or even show basic accountability when they make repeated mistakes, it is very hard to trust them with something as important as your hair. This experience was a complete waste of time, work arrangements, and unnecessary travel. My experience with this salon was extremely unprofessional. The first time, I requested time off work for my appointment, only to be told one day before that they needed to reschedule because they failed to consider their own closing time (6:00 p.m.). They had booked me for a balayage in a one-and-a-half-hour time slot, without taking into account the actual time a balayage requires. After that, I was told Saturdays were not available, yet later I was offered a Saturday appointment. While I was already on my way, they informed me they were running 30 minutes late, which forced me to reschedule again. On the final attempt, I traveled from Westport and arrived on time at 10:00 a.m., only to find the salon completely closed. I messaged them immediately and, as of Monday, have received no apology, explanation, or acknowledgment

  I went to LM Salon for the first time after finding a Groupon deal, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the experience. The staff at the front were nice and even offered me snacks, which I appreciated, but the girl who did my nails seemed like she didn't want to be there and cold but wasn't mean, and the result was really bad air bubbles, uneven shapes, and no consistent form. It honestly looked rushed and unprofessional. On top of that, I had to pay $25 extra outside of Groupon for the removal of my pedicure and manicure, which I accepted because my previous nail art was quite complicated to take off. I even told the receptionist to round it up to $30, but I was charged $30.99 without being shown the payment terminal. It might not seem like much, but it felt quite inconvenient and untransparent. I’m a shy person, so I didn’t say anything and just paid and left, but I regretted it afterward because I had to go somewhere else to fix my nails. Maybe the hair salon part is great, but I definitely wouldn’t go back for nails.

  At LM Salon you will get highly educated & expert advice and knowledge on styling, hair care, hair trends and life in general. The staff is amazing attentive and professional from the moment you call for an appointment to the moment you walk out the door. You are heard and seen at LM Salon and Luzia & staff make you not only fall in love with them but with yourself as well. No cookie cutter work here. Everything is catered to each individuals uniqueness.

  My daughter went to another salon to color and cut her hair but they did an awful job she left that salon crying. I came to LM salon so they can fix her hair. Andrea fixed her hair color and her haircut. She was extremely happy. I had my hair colored, cut, and I told my stylist Andrea to bring out my natural curls. Other hair salons never knew how to handle my curls but Andrea did a fantastic job. I never seen my curls look so vibrant and bouncy. My son got his hair washed and cut. He was happy as well. I will definitely be returning to this salon.
