It appeared the ANGLED bob I wanted for my kiddo was too hard to do and she should have said so - I would have gone elsewhere no problem. But instead she cut a Dora the explorer bob. And didn’t even use any detangler spray when brushing my daughter’s hair. I even asked the other worker to help out and she declined. Poor people skills and unhappy environment. How about you smile and make convo other than “don’t move”…… Here’s the inspo pic and the lazy UNangled bob she did. I even kept expressing I was unhappy and wanted the picture during the process and she still couldn’t deliver.
