    I went into Sephora today with no vision, but a dream. Nio (he/him) helped that dream come true. I’ve never been into makeup but I decided recently I wanted to test it out and see what works for me. As soon as I walked into the store I asked Nio for help finding the right foundation, concealer, primer, and blush. There was no delay in his assistance. He gave me a ton of good advice about the best brands he recommends, the pros and cons, and made sure to always ask me how I feel about everything. The support Nio gave me as a customer with no clue what they were walking into was so greatly appreciated. I walked out of Sephora with a better purpose because of Nio. He is the embodiment of good customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you Nio!

    Went in to pick up an online order on 4/3/26. As my daughter and I walked in, an associate in the front looked DIRECTLY at us walking in and didn’t say a word to us. Another customer right behind us walked in, and the same associate gave her a warm “Welcome in!” Went to go check out, and the associate who rang us out wasn’t too pleasant either. Terrible customer service.

    I took longer finding parking than I did picking up my order. I waited less than a minute before a floor associate came over to assist with my online pick up. Very helpful and quick service.

    Unnecessarily rude staff member, walked in and didn’t know she was talking to me initially so i kept walking and when i looked over she had the dirtiest look on her face along w a hand gesture. absolutely NO need for all that👎mean girl behavior
