  This place should be CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY "Dr. Zinaida Boutaeva, who operates Ridgefield Aesthetics, and Dr. Igor Turok, who runs Connecticut Pain Solutions, failed to maintain proper infection control practices, potentially leading to a patient contracting "acute hepatitis B" after being treated at their Ridgefield practices. The patient received "numerous medically invasive procedures" at Ridgefield Aesthetics prior to being diagnosed with hepatitis B in December 2024, DPH documents said. The disease affects the liver and is potentially fatal, according to

  Dr. Boutaeva is exceptional. I’ve been a client/patient of hers for years and I would never consider letting anyone else address my aesthetic and dermatological needs. Dr. Boutaeva is extremely knowledgeable and educated in her field. She is astute in her knowledge of the latest and most effective treatments, all the while only suggesting those which best compliment the patient. She is a perfectionist and will go to whatever lengths to ensure the patient’s satisfaction. Unlike some aesthetics practitioners, Dr. Boutaeva approaches her patients’ needs with practicality and efficacy. She won’t propose a treatment just to make a dollar. She wants the patient to be happy with their treatment, and a treatment that is the safest and most rewarding. The work that she has done with me has boosted my self image and changed the way I see myself. That’s a result that is virtually impossible to quantify.

  I went to Ridgefield Aesthetics through a Groupon for Botox and had the absolute best experience with Dr. Zina. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely comfortable. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions without rushing, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing a cookie-cutter approach. We laughed, talked, and the whole appointment felt relaxed and personal—not clinical or intimidating at all. She was incredibly kind and full of genuine compliments, which honestly is rare in this field and meant more than she probably realizes. She never tried to upsell me or pressure me into doing more than I was comfortable with, which I really appreciated. Dr. Zina is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their comfort. I left feeling confident, informed, and excited about my results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone—this is exactly how a medical aesthetics experience should feel. Thank you so so much! Will absolutely be back :)
