  Normally, I have subpar experiences at Sephora at best. But I'd just had an awful experience with the Ulta in the same plaza, and decided to take a chance in hopes that maybe I could get what I was looking for. First off, Kaley was AMAZING. She has such a funny personality, and the two of us were laughing while going through the testers to find a good match for what I was looking for. I will agree with some other reviewers that the store looked a little empty, but she was putting product out while we were chatting - so it looks more like they sell out of items quickly rather than just not getting it. This store just so happened to have my color matches in stock, and I found a product I wasn't even looking for but was too fun not to pass up! They even had the entire Beauty of Joseon line, something I've been after for SO LONG. Dropped a cool $500 without question, both sales attendants were just so friendly and personable. It turned my entire day around and I really left feeling like I got what I came for and with highly uplifted spirits. THANK YOU, LADIES! That experience was far more important to me than you know.

  Testers were expired (March 2022 was the expiration day for one), filthy, broken, or just flat out missing. Everything seemed dirty. No stock which may just happen sometimes. Not leaving this review to be rude, I just feel like this place needs attention desperately because it didn’t feel like anywhere near normal Sephora standards.

  Out of every cologne I wanted to buy (despite STILL displaying the sample bottles) and made the very nice clerk have to kneel on a hard tile floor to search through the completely unorganized drawers….wanted some very common mens scents (for example Versace : Eau Fraiche)
