    Not sure what kind of establishment this is…. But terrible communication, if any. No services were rendered due to chasing an appt that I could not book. Edit- I would love to be a customer but I can’t get a call back or text message. I have questions and can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ll give my money to someone who wants to work and communicate. Thank you for your professionalism.

    My husband prepaid for 3 laser treatments, and for over two weeks I have been trying to schedule my first appointment with no success. We have called and sent multiple text messages, but no one answers or provides any clear information. We were told that follow-up information would be sent, but we never received anything. It is very concerning when a business accepts payment upfront and then becomes unreachable. At this point, due to the lack of communication and professionalism, I am requesting a refund for the unused treatments. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue formal action to recover the money paid for services that have not been provided. Customers deserve clear communication, reliability, and accountability. In response to you: Of course I am not yet an active customer in treatment, because your lack of communication has made that impossible. I have been trying to schedule the very first appointment through calls and text messages without receiving proper responses. That is exactly the issue: payment was accepted, but communication and scheduling have not been handled professionally. A customer cannot receive services if the business does not answer calls, messages, or provide clear follow-up after taking payment. The concern here is not whether there were weather delays — it is the continued lack of response and accountability after money was collected. What should I realistically expect from the treatment itself when the communication before even starting has already been this poor? Reliability and clear communication are basic expectations when clients trust a business with prepaid services.

    I paid for a 3 session laser package back in October 2025 and it is now the end of February 2026 and I’ve only had two sessions, and the reason for this is due to horrible communication. The first session was fine. My second session I was waiting 45 minutes in the waiting area as she double booked me and I had specifically taken time out of my work day to be there. Now I’ve been trying to schedule my third session for over a month and still unsuccessful due to extremely poor and now nonexistent communication. She never sends an appointment confirmation and responds very vaguely to messages with one word responses so I’m always confused as to what she means. I tried to be patient due to the snowstorms and her being sick. However, the frequent last-minute cancellations and poor communication is just inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will no longer be doing services with her and would not recommend.

    Zero stars if I could I had prepaid a 3 treatment service for laser hair removal. I made an appointment online two weeks in advance and received confirmations and reminders. We took time off and drove 40 minutes, arrived on time, only to find that no one was there. I called her and she told me the appointment hadn’t gone through and asked me to forward my confirmation email, then told me to come back the next day and said she would call me with a time. She never called. I followed up at the end of the day, and she again said she would call back soon — which did not happen. I didn’t hear anything until a week later, and that was only after I had to reach out and complain properly. This is not run like a professional med spa. It appears to be one nurse operating on her own schedule. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism was unacceptable — especially after I drove 40 minutes for a confirmed appointment. There may be 5-star reviews, but my experience — including how the situation was handled and how I was spoken to — was extremely disappointing.
