- NHNicole HendersonApr 5, 20263.0I went in for a brow lamination with tint, brow wax and lip wax. The person doing my service was very friendly but a few things made this visit a 3 star and I wouldn’t return. I have a large scab above my lip and under my brow from the waxing. As soon as I got home I noticed the 2 red and raw marks where some skin was pulled. Right before hosting Easter brunch was not ideal. Aside from it not happening at all, pointing them out at the time of service and offering a care solution would have been helpful. My brows were also waxed much thinner than I would have preferred. She stated we would only trim and shape but keep the volume but that didn’t happen. Thankfully they grow in quickly. The other thing I was surprised about because it isn’t listed anywhere in the price is that you need to purchase a brow conditioner which was almost $60. I had never had a lamination and she stressed a few times that I needed to do this in order to protect the brows. Completely understand but when I was paying at the end, the price of it was a bit of a surprise. They got me seated right away and everyone was friendly

We spoke about what I was looking for with making my brows create a more polished look for me. Michelle thoughtfully mapped my brows, did a quick wax treatment & then worked with me to find the perfect shade of medium brown brow tint. I love the tint Michelle did for me, it enhances my eye color & highlights my natural beauty just as I had hoped they would. If you are looking for a quick, easy & affordable way to elevate your look for the new year, I highly recommend booking with Michelle for an eyebrow tint!

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.

Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
