    Hi I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jenny who helped me this past week. She was so kind and sweet. I had come in to grab a skincare product I was out of and also to try a new foundation. My acne has been really bad this past month and there was not one moment where I felt judged or felt like the flaws in my skin were the focus. She color matched me and gave me some samples and then gave me a wonderful recommendation on an under eye cream that I immediately purchased after testing it at home. Thank you Jenny for your kindness and patience 🩷

    Beautiful Sephora, I consider it a midsized one and had all that I was looking for (facial skin care) staff were lovely and very knowledgeable about different skin types needs and pertinent products!

    not going to lie haven't always had the best experience in this store ! HOWEVER, there's a different staff and they are wonderful. Backstory and this is relevant . i've worn the same signature fragrance for over 20 years and had a baby unexpected at 40 years old dealing with major postpartum and my fragrance completely changed. I literally spent the entire last year trying to find a signature fragrance and no matter what I try. I just didn't like I've literally done six different trips to the store spending a lot of time ordered so many off-line and then finally one girl gave me her entire undivided attention and has literally been phenomenal Her name is Lily! Since then, I've probably purchased close to $600 in products and I'm a sales person. She's never tried to sell. She actually takes the time and gets to know you and your fragrance type, etc. she doesn't even need to do this but she does because she gives a crap as someone who runs a business. It is very rare that you find the service that she provides so now as I go there again to drop serious money it's honestly because they their customer service has completely changed.

    I visited Sephora on February 28, 2026, and the store was extremely crowded. I understand busy days happen, but I was disappointed that when I asked two associates for help, both told me to “hold on” and never came back. That part of the experience felt dismissive and frustrating. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The Saint Laurent representative was incredibly kind and informative. Even though I wasn’t initially shopping the brand, he took the time to educate me on the products and made sure I felt acknowledged. Most importantly, Evi (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) completely turned my experience around. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful despite how busy the store was. She assisted me multiple times, created samples for me, and made sure I found the right NARS foundation shade, concealer, and setting powder. She gave me her full attention, and that level of service made a huge difference. Shoutout to Evi for going above and beyond. Employees like her are the reason customers come back. 🌟

    I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but this has been my experience every single time I come to this Sephora location and it’s gotten to the point where I can’t ignore it anymore. It always seems to start with the same associate, a woman with straight reddish/ginger hair. From the moment I walk in, I feel watched and followed, which immediately makes me uncomfortable. I try to brush it off, but it happens consistently and it’s hard not to notice. Returns and exchanges that are clearly within policy have also felt unnecessarily tense. I’m always polite and simply trying to complete a normal transaction, yet the interactions often come with visible frustration or attitude. In particular, an associate with curly hair and green eyes has, more than once, seemed annoyed and even passed my transaction to another employee midway through helping me, which feels very dismissive as a customer. I do want to be fair and mention that Shennan (I may be misspelling her name) and Gracie have both been genuinely kind and helpful. They were the only ones who made me feel comfortable and treated me with patience and professionalism. Yesterday’s visit was really the last straw. This is not based on one isolated incident but a repeated pattern over multiple visits. I have never felt this consistently unwelcome at any Sephora before, which is why this has been so disappointing.
