    I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but this has been my experience every single time I come to this Sephora location and it’s gotten to the point where I can’t ignore it anymore. It always seems to start with the same associate, a woman with straight reddish/ginger hair. From the moment I walk in, I feel watched and followed, which immediately makes me uncomfortable. I try to brush it off, but it happens consistently and it’s hard not to notice. Returns and exchanges that are clearly within policy have also felt unnecessarily tense. I’m always polite and simply trying to complete a normal transaction, yet the interactions often come with visible frustration or attitude. In particular, an associate with curly hair and green eyes has, more than once, seemed annoyed and even passed my transaction to another employee midway through helping me, which feels very dismissive as a customer. I do want to be fair and mention that Shennan (I may be misspelling her name) and Gracie have both been genuinely kind and helpful. They were the only ones who made me feel comfortable and treated me with patience and professionalism. Yesterday’s visit was really the last straw. This is not based on one isolated incident but a repeated pattern over multiple visits. I have never felt this consistently unwelcome at any Sephora before, which is why this has been so disappointing.

    I had a makeup appointment with Lily ahead of a ball I was attending. She did a phenomenal job, and took the time to explain the products she was using and techniques she was using! I've never felt more beautiful than I did after this visit. Can't recommend her highly enough!

From the moment I approached her, she was fully present, genuinely listening, and immediately understood what I was looking for. She’s an aesthetician, but more than that, she’s someone who lives her craft. You can tell she’s in her element, and working with her is like being guided by a true expert who actually cares about making you feel your absolute best. I’m very particular about my skincare and makeup, and Kaitlin didn’t just recommend products—she intuitively understood my vibe. I told her I wanted to look in the mirror and feel youthful, radiant, alive—the kind of glow that comes from vitality—and she delivered perfectly. Every recommendation was spot-on. She’s precise, passionate, and so genuinely kind. It’s rare to meet someone in any profession who is this knowledgeable and this thoughtful, and Kaitlin is one of those rare people. Sephora is lucky to have her. She’s a gem, and her talent and energy deserve to be recognized at the highest levels—she’s going to lead and inspire wherever she goes. Thank you, Kaitlin, for transforming a quick trip into an unforgettable experience. You are truly a rockstar.

    Today was my second visit to this store, and both times, the staff was incredibly kind. I had a lot of questions because I’m trying to improve my skincare routine, and Jenny Lee helped me both times choose the right products. All the products she recommended two months ago worked exactly as she said. I’ll definitely be back.
