  They do not answer the phone. I was calling to find out if they had a product that was a gift for someone, before driving to the Milford store. Sounds simple, right? There seems to be no way to just speak to someone. They direct you to the website, which I was in the car so that was not happening. Press this for leadership team, whatever that is. No pickup. Press that for an appointment or something, no one picks up that either. Very bad customer service for the person who has a simple question. Runaround phone garbage. I went to TJ Maxx instead.

  I went to go get my makeup done by Lily. I was hesitant for this exact reason. She didn’t clean or prep my skin properly, no primer was used. I asked her to use color correction she completely ignored me. It felt rushed and careless. I have trouble skin and she didn’t care about that nor is she able to work with African American skin tones

  If you visit you need to ask for Brianna. She is everything she is flawless. She is amazing. She has incredible recommendations and she is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. She helped me find absolutely everything I was looking for and had so much knowledge on different brands. She is an absolute rockstar and I will continue to make the 30 minute drive just to come see her for recommendations.

  I had a great experience at this sephora. Jazmin helped me find my foundation shade while listening to my skin concerns. She was very knowledgeable and didn't just point me to a foundation but recommended primers and skincare to prep with it. She is the most friendliest sephora employee I have ever encountered and I learned a lot about how to prep for my makeup routine. She spent lots of time with me to help me find my shade for a variety of products and I also ended up buying a primer, an exfoliant, and a setting spray she recommended. Not only that, but she also gave me a sample of a moisturizer she recommended for oily skin. 100/10 experience, would definitely come back
