  CLEAN store, lots of brands to choose from, and unbeatable prices! The staff here is incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience and was able to find exactly what I was looking for.

  Would advise to never go in this store. Went with the wife to buy some things for the '%30 discount off $100 or more' sale they were having. Wife went up to ring up items and gave her card. Total came out to $99.50 so within seconds and WHILE STILL AT THE REGISTER, my wife asked if she could add an item to reach the $100 sale amount to get the discount. Bianca C., the salesperson, said that there was nothing she could do and that the transaction was already complete and irreversible. She was incredibly rude, snide, and unhelpful the entire time. To boot, the products we purchased were in terrible condition. Will be filing a formal complaint with both Foxwoods and more importantly, the FCC.

  Never ever ever ever ever ever Again!!!!! I do not even want to put a single star for the store manager, Terry!!! 1: She was being RUDE to us once we walked into the store. NO GREETINGS and NO RESPECT; most of the policies and rules have been set under her SUBJECTIVITY. For example, she said: one customer could only purchase one same item." which is inconsistent with the policy they have posted on the wall (Please see attachment). 2: As a guy, I do not even know which product is the best fit for my mom, as a birthday gift. That why I was showing the samples to my older sister for some recommendations. Then she started yielding at me "put your phone away" and refused the service. Also, she asked police officer for an enforced-expel. I did not expect that kind of service provided at The Cosmetic Company as one of the biggest cosmetic products retailers in the USA. Please remember the name - TERRY! TERRY! TERRY!

  Never again! This place has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I sprayed on a sample of perfume that was putrid. I know what this perfume is supposed to smell like because I have worn it for years. But it was rotten. I was nice and told the salesgirls. They looked at the date on the bottle and said, "It doesn't expire for 2 years. It's fine." I told them I wear this fragrance all the time and I know how it is supposed to smell. One girl said, "Well we never liked this one anyway," and put it back on the shelf. I smell like rotten fruit and there was no apology, no thank you, nothing. I will never buy anything from there if they don't care about what is on their shelves.
