    Great little store, not as overwhelming as Ulta or Sephora. Went in not really knowing what I wanted and they were super helpful in letting me know what’s on sale and products everyone’s been loving, made it feel like I was shopping with friends. Will be back for sure.

    Great store and staff! They are always very friendly and helpful when I come in. Some of my items have been out of stock but I never leave empty handed.

    The current manager is always closing the store for personal breaks and the staff are snotty and sometimes don’t even greet customers because they’re gossiping or She is applying her makeup and never have Mac Wipes available for sale because they are pocketing them and stating that the company only offers to customers as wipes to provide while trying on makeup…. Never anymore good products because I believe the manager and the ladies here pocket a lot of the products poor customer service

    Never ever ever ever ever ever Again!!!!! I do not even want to put a single star for the store manager, Terry!!! 1: She was being RUDE to us once we walked into the store. NO GREETINGS and NO RESPECT; most of the policies and rules have been set under her SUBJECTIVITY. For example, she said: one customer could only purchase one same item." which is inconsistent with the policy they have posted on the wall (Please see attachment). 2: As a guy, I do not even know which product is the best fit for my mom, as a birthday gift. That why I was showing the samples to my older sister for some recommendations. Then she started yielding at me "put your phone away" and refused the service. Also, she asked police officer for an enforced-expel. I did not expect that kind of service provided at The Cosmetic Company as one of the biggest cosmetic products retailers in the USA. Please remember the name - TERRY! TERRY! TERRY!
