  I went to the one in Manchester once and the one un West Hartford once and none of them are good. I don't know if it is bad luck but the two times I was disappointed . They like to charge at market prices but people I got are very unskilled. When you have a hair dresser who won't ask you what you want done and you have to even tell her what brush she should use that means no experience and poor skills. The other one used a bottle of spray to blowout my hair...I am done with JCP. They should give at least a first time visitor their best hairstylist but instead I got the other way around...Not motivated to go back. They deserve zero stars. CT has poor skilled hairstylists...No wonder Lamont had to implement a law on them. Lamont needs to review those hairstylist schools. I dont know how they graduate people with low skills..They need to require more hours to get a diploma... That is why Puerto Ricans have grwat hairdressers because they require more hours to graduate. In Puerto Rico you can have a hair cut and good services at the JCP salons. There anyone knows how to do hair no matter the tecture or thickness. Those Puerto Ricans who studied in the Island are truly great hairdressers. Some who had studied in Colombia and Santo Domingo are also pretty good.Time for JCP to get updated and provide customers with better services. The shrinkflation isnt fair.

  Worst ppl I have ever met!!!!The hair cutter runs trimmer over my ears and then says there was a pimple which broke while i pat your ear with cloth and then when I tell him I had no pimple he says okay then I will not cut your hair anymore instead of accepting his mistake!!! I had to leave the place due to the same and go to another place to get it fixed. No one took any responsibility but just argued with me saying it was my mistake. According to them a vertical cut is a pimple I do not know in which world. Worst place to go to cut hair ever.

  Bad. I had a very bad experience. First the they curled my hair wrong and then she curled it again burning my hair. I’m so angry and frustrated. I could smell my burnt hair while washing it. There was another person who came to the salon and wax got in her hair and they had to cut her hair to fix it.
