Her name was Kerry Ann guess we were her 1st customer she absolutely had no idea of what she was doing and throughout the haircut literally 40mins I couldn’t see the mirror as she the chair was facing to the wall. At the end when everything was a mess she had to call another stylist for help. Highly disappointed would never visit again.

I just wanted my hair to be layered, nothing complex. Not only did she cut my hair 4 inches shorter, when I had explicitly asked not to shorten the length at all; but also the cut she gave makes my hair look like a puppy-tail. No one was there to pay heed to the complaint, as the manager was on vacation.
