  What have you done to my daughters hair this evening. I have to find someone ASAP to even try and fix this. Money wasted. Do not go there. My daughter will have to be like this for months because it’s so short not only short but so so ugly. As a hair stylist how can you allow do do this to your client. Can not believe what this lady did to my daughter. My daughter showed her the 1st picture as what she wanted. She chopped her whole hair as a boy hair cut. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT SHE WANTED. Please take a look and tell me the 1st picture she showed the stylist looks anything like what she has done to her. I couldn’t believe it when I saw. Unbelievable they should never accept a hair cut they can not execute. She just came home all upset. Was too shy to tell the lady who did her hair that she ruined her whole hair. The hair is too short and so ugly. She is a 23 year old girl. Don’t go to this place. I’m calling a manager tomorrow to speak about this. My daughter paid this lady to ruin her hair. And this lady didn’t even apologize for making it something my daughter did not want. My daughter had a beautiful shoulder length curls. And this hair stylist left her looking so bad. I can not believe they let people like this work on hair.

  Came here bc my normal spots were booked up. Great cut for a great price. Highly recommended.

  If you’re a stylist looking to advance in your hairdressing career. Please do not consider this a place to set your feet. The manager doesn’t deserve her title of manager what-so-ever. Surprised she’s been there so long. The place is a mess. Shampoo bottles get filled with water. There has been times when towels wouldn’t be thoroughly dry and some stylist will still use them on clients after washing their hair. Some stylist overcharge. Just think of it this way, the blind is leading the blind in this establishment. And don’t even bother expressing concerns or opinions for the betterment of the salon to literally nobody. You automatically become public enemy number 1. If you are someone who loves being a follower & is extremely quiet, allows disrespect and doesn’t have expenses in your personal life, this might be the place for you. But if you thrive on leadership, effective communication & respect, you’ll have better luck elsewhere to grow and ACTUALLY get paid money 🙂 good luck I will say if you want to get your hair done there is only a selective few I would recommend. •Alex (color & highlights) •Kassandra (layers, color, highlights) •Lima (literal Edward Scissorhands, color, highlights, silk presses, natural hair) •Kyle (color, fancy ig haircuts) •Myles (great with short haircuts & color) •Luis (scissors over comb for men) •Kerryann (natural hair, haircut, silk presses) •Ruby (extremely sweet) YOU’RE WELCOME !! 💖

  If I could less than even ONE STAR I would!! Had an appointment for my hair today at 2:30pm because I had a wedding to go to this weekend, so I wanted to look decent! I checked in at exactly 1pm, I knew I was early, lady said just come back. (It’s the mall so I went to shop) came back and the audacity of her coming to me saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled because she doesn’t have time. How inconvenient!! Especially when I took time off work to come in!! Never again. Unprofessional.
