  I have been using Aveda exclusively since the 80's. People always compliment me on my skin and cannot believe my age when they find out. I was so psyched to discover that I can call this store directly and they will ship the product to my house the next day! They also included a really nice headband in my order. I didn't even know they made these. It's super comfy and well constructed. The staff there is always super helpful.

  Tried to make a purchase today, needed re-fills on some products I use regularly. They were unable to log onto their computers to cash me out. They called to have their passwords re-set but said they kept getting hung up on. Dissapointed I was unable to make any purchases since I made a special trip out to the mall just for this store.

  Went in an hour before close on a Friday night. Was looking for a natural gel product for my 4 year old who recently started requesting we gel his hair. Sales rep could have easily just shown me where the hair gel was and I probably would have bought it for my son as i trust Aveda. But, she began to ask a few questions and styled a few different products in his hair. She then showed me something that would hold better with his hair type, this being a less expensive option but the appropriate choice. I was so touched by this tiny yet huge gesture she had taken by just engaging him and really focusing on his hair type. I don't know if I've ever written a review but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Porsha as a kind and caring employee at this store who understands the products she sells. Such a nice experience.
