- ALAaron LanderDec 8, 20251.0I went into this Great Clips location about a month ago and was recommended Tiffany because she “only cuts men’s hair.” Fair enough… she gave me a fantastic haircut, easily the best I’ve had from this chain. So I came back today for a holiday cut before Thanksgiving… only to find out that not only is Tiffany gone, but Julie and basically every other stylist has left the salon as well. the haircut she gave me was one of the best I’ve had in my forty years. She was polite, professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed excited to be working here. She even mentioned how happy she was to be closer to home, so clearly the job should have been a great fit. I’m sorry, but how does a location manage to lose their entire staff in a month? How do you recommend a stylist to customers knowing full well you apparently can’t hold onto anyone longer than a few weeks? It screams incompetence and terrible management. What’s the point of getting attached to a stylist here if they vanish immediately because the workplace is clearly a revolving door? Completely ridiculous, incredibly unprofessional, and a massive waste of my time. I won’t be coming back… and honestly, I’m not sure why anyone would. I have friends who go to Great Clips, and I will never recommend this location to anyone again. In fact, I’ll make sure they know exactly what kind of mess this place has become so they don’t waste their time here either. I’ll be taking my business to Supercuts down the road, where at least they understand the importance of keeping good stylists instead of running them out the door. COMPLETELY unacceptable.

I saw people's hair transformed right before my eyes as well as seeing the mop on my own head expertly cut in a style that gave me an instant confidence boost.
