What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit to Luxe Level Aesthetics, you can expect a warm greeting from our lovely team. You will then be escorted to our spacious, private treatment rooms, where our providers will walk you through a thorough initial consultation when any questions or concerns will be addressed prior to proceeding with any treatments. Some treatments will require a follow-up, but rest assured, we will hold your hand every step of the way.
Are the treatments safe?
Our providers practice safety and have the proper tools to prevent and treat any complications that could potentially arise. These may include but are not limited to bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection or treatment site.
How long do the treatments take, and what is the downtime?
Each treatment is individually tailored to a client's needs and can last anywhere from five minutes to an hour or so. Downtime post-treatment is dependent upon the individual treatment. However, we do our best to minimize any downtime. Please ask your provider about individual treatment options and solutions.
What skincare products do you use, and are they available for purchase?
We use medical-grade skincare products only in our office. We have carefully curated and tested all products we sell. We carry ( plated )™ Skin Science and skinbetter science products that may be used during or post-procedure. Both are available for purchase in our clinic. We highly recommend protecting your investment with our at-home skincare.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, checks and cash.
Do you offer consultations, and is there a fee?
Consultations are a great way to get to know your provider and ask any questions you may have. Consultations are $50 and will be credited should you proceed with any treatments.
How do I prepare for a specific treatment?
Each treatment varies, so please speak with our staff regarding any specific questions you may have. Industry standards are to avoid alcohol before receiving treatment to minimize bruising and downtime.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Should you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a $75 fee will be assessed. Due to the high demand for our practitioners, a no-show fee of $250 will be assessed.
Are gift certificates available?
Gift certificates make great gifts and are available for purchase in our clinic.
