    We had a wonderful experience at Rowan! A huge thank you to Marlayna for doing an amazing job with my daughter’s ear piercings. She was patient, professional, and made us both feel right at ease. My daughter is thrilled with her new earrings!

    Was very excited to get pierced however I am allergic to all kinds of gold. I called ahead and was told they have titanium piercing jewelry for needle piercing. Went for an appointment and almost all of their titanium piercing jewelry is gold plated titanium. This wasn't noticed until I was in the chair and ready to be pierced and I looked at the jewelry and pointed it out. Two stars because they were nice but honestly after telling the piercer (who is a nurse) three times about my allergy and seeing gold plated piercing jewelry made was highly disappointing. Equally disappointing that the piercer hadn't realized.

    Lea and Shay are the absolute best! So personable and kind. Shay knows her shit and made it such a seamless process to get my 3rd hole done. Very knowledgeable and handled my ears with care ♥️

    I took my 10 year old for her second ear piercing and Nurse Shanae was nothing less than wonderful. She was very sweet, informative, and professional. She made this experience a great one for my daughter - so much so that I even got a piercing as well by her. Highly recommend.

    Folks, please give this new place a chance to grow with you. They have a wonderful reputation elsewhere. This is a brand new location and it takes a little time to shake loose the positivity that will grow out of a new team of dedicated people. Ask for Katie. Book an appointment with her. You'll be glad you did. I know her personally and she is so professional and ready to give you a great experience.
