- MMMarge McGortyJan 31, 20261.0Purchased a Clinique Quickliner eye pencil in Violet (which I've used before), and the first time I used it I got an infection in both eyes! Be aware that the Clinton Outlet Store stock must be old or somehow contaminated because this has never happened to be before.
- PPPeg PalmerJan 28, 20261.0SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I bought two Clinique Quickliner eyeliners and ONE WAS USED UP! I'm not talking about someone trying it on and putting it back...there was nothing left of it (as if someone swapped their almost finished one with a new pencil). Huge lesson learned -- check items BEFORE you pay (especially if you live out--of-state and can't easily return the item to the store).

When she received the package in China she told me one of the item is only half loaded and she sent me some pictures as well. I went to this location told the sales lady the story and showed her the pictures I have. She said they are not going to do anything for me because I don't have the item with me. I told her it doesn't make sense for my mom to ship it back here because of the shipping cost and time. However, she said they can do nothing and gave me her manager phone number which is never picked up by anyone. I'm very disappointed with her attitude and the way she handled my case. What's worst, there is no one else I can ask for help. I feel no people can help me out. This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
