I don’t usually wear makeup or get all glammed up, I just wanted an eyebrow expert to make sure I was doing my eyebrows ok on my own and touch up and advise what I might need to change, etc.. When I called to ask a few questions the gal on the phone was very helpful and kind (Rachel), and the gal doing my eyebrows (Alyssa) she was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind in dealing with me, an older (50+) adult. I felt very listened to, respected, and very comfortable the entire time. Turns out I was doing a fairly good job on my own with my eyebrows according to Alyssa, but I absolutely love what she did to fix the concerns that I had because I couldn’t figure out how to do it on my own! Thank you to whomever hires the staff here! Everyone I encountered were very mature, and kind, including the gals I talked to when I told them to tell the manager that Alyssa did a great job! 👍👍
