    I called and asked a question I believe I spoke to the owner apparently she was busy and acted gruff and very cold I left my name and my number for them to call me they never did then when I called a couple of days later to do a follow up a staff member was very rude to me I will never ever step foot in this place

    Amazing up to date products! Pricing is a little more but this is because they have the best products readily available! Blows CosmoProf out of the water! Staff is sweet and knowledgeable as well.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
