- TRThunder Ramsey5 days ago1.0Funny I’m being asked to leave a review for the first time ever about the worst experience I’ve had there. Ultimately I was taken care of after turning around to leave. However, it took Tia (pretty sure) an employee who recognized me as a 5+ year regular, a customer vouching for my name being removed from the online check in and my text message showing I was there before the 15 minute window was up. “I” apologized to the folks in the lobby, thanked the customer for speaking up and then kept my mouth shut and smiled. However the young lady (blonde don’t know her name) proceeded to comment on how “customers need to understand how busy we are”, as if to explain why I was removed from the list and “the best she could do was add me to bottom”. That would have been 2 hours and 40 minutes total had “you have a blessed day on purpose” not taken me back. I tipped her 20$ for the trouble and she asked me not to change locations because of her coworker. I will return there.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
