- HHHanzo HasashiMar 18, 20265.0My usual GC was booked up through the end of the day, so I swing by here for the first time a couple of days ago. After a long day at work, all I wanted was some peace and a haircut, and got BOTH! A lady named Chantel not only gave me a PERFECT haircut, but read my energy perfectly. She was fast, cut it perfectly, and didn’t make me tell my whole life story in the chair. This is my new GC from now on, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at stylist (and I’m not young anymore). Everyone working was as fast and friendly as you could get. Thanks y’all!
- TMTiernan MooreFeb 20, 20262.0I got a mens cut from Chantel. I don't want to put her on blast, but this is the second cut i've gotten from her that I didn't like, and this time was even worse. Bluntly, Either Chantel needs to get better at communication/customer service or get better at giving haircuts. She shouldn't struggle at both. And my note for the business, please have at least two workers in the building at all times. I shouldn't need to wait for 45mins to get a haircut in a place that gets that much volume of people.

I’m honestly not sure what the hiring standards are here, but you’d think having proper skills and training would be a basic requirement. The stylist immediately said she wasn’t familiar with cutting hair like my son’s (textured hair), which was already concerning. I originally planned to get haircuts for both of us, but after seeing how my son’s hair turned out, I decided to just get a lineup instead. Unfortunately, that wasn’t any better. The stylist used what looked like very old clippers, tapped my edge up twice, and said she was done. She didn’t brush my hair, check for evenness, or make any effort to clean it up properly. The same lack of care applied to my son’s haircut. Thankfully he’s only two, so it’s not a huge deal appearance-wise, but the quality was still disappointing. Yes, the price is cheap, but it absolutely wasn’t worth it. Paying $12 for a poorly done lineup is still a waste of money. Instead of focusing on expanding, this company should invest more in properly training their staff. Save your time and money and go to a real barbershop.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
